Our client is one of the world's most recognizable luxury brands and has opened over 200 boutiques throughout the globe. With their rapid expansion in South Asia, they are looking to recruit a dynamic individual into their human resources team.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will need to provide full range of HR services in accordance with the HR HQ's strategies and guidelines while cooperating with all Office Functions to support the achievement of regional business target.

In this role, you will provide strong support to local operation regarding recruitment, guaranteeing the efficiency of the recruiting & selection processes, as well as employee relations and customer service issues.

Requirements:

To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate of HR management and a minimum of 5 years HR related experience is required. You should possess excellent communication skills, and able to build and maintain relationships at all levels. You should also be an excellent team player and show an interest in high end retail. Experience in the luxury industry, and fluency in another APAC language will be a plus.
