More men than women find it acceptable to use emoticons to fire their employees, a new survey by Yahoo! found.

After polling 40,000 Yahoo! Messenger users, it found that 14% of men said they would fire somebody with an instant messenger chat. Only 11% of women, on the other hand, agreed likewise.
