We have Technology, Industrial and Engineering Services clients looking for HR Business Partners and HR Managers who will contribute to their business through the provision of HR generalist services.

Requirements:          

Candidates must have a tertiary qualification in HR or a related field and has undertaken a similar role previously. You will have 8+ years of HR generalist experience, including at least 3 years at a managerial level. You will have a positive and adaptable approach to your work and a demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships and consult at a senior business level. Ability to initiate and drive solutions is essential along with a strategic perspective whilst maintaining a hands-on approach. Experience working in highly matrix environment is mandatory.
