Position: Sourcing Group Manager (IT services)

Role Description:
With operations across every major continent and a focus on growth across the Asia Pacific region this global financial institution is strategically hiring to deliver streamlined IT solutions to its front to back office functions. Renowned for its intelligent financing, risk management and investment services to corporations, governments and financial institutions around the world they are currently experiencing growth across its Singapore operations.
Reporting to the Regional Sourcing Director, you should be an experienced professional in leading contract negotiations and managing the procurement process. You will support the achievement of unit objectives, guide other sourcing specialists and be responsible for key commercial purchasing processes for specific contracts using the most cost effective methods. In addition, you will perform market intelligence research and analysis of the information gathered. You have a strong understanding of purchasing concepts and are able to build strong relationships with internal clients and external suppliers.

Requirements:
You should have at least 5 years of experience managing external IT and telco vendors and leading contract negotiations. The ability to lead projects on a global basis and influence stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives is a must. You possess strong interpersonal skills and are able to work independently with minimal supervision.
