Role Description:
Truly a global multinational, this company has a portfolio of 400 brands spanning 14 categories of home, personal care and foods products. An exciting opportunity with great career advancement is available in their regional supply chain organization for an experienced and motivated supply chain professional.
Reporting to the Global Procurement Director- Fragrances & Flavours, you will be the key Supply Management custodian for Fragrances, Flavours and Enhancers (F&F&FE) for the Asia, Africa and Middle East region, managing an annual spend of around 330 million Euros. You will manage the risks associated with material price and selection of vendors & materials. In addition to formulating the buying strategy in each cluster/region, you are responsible for leading pricing negotiations with suppliers, building up and upgrading the team's knowledge on the material and implementing procurement strategies with internal stakeholders. Together with team members, you are accountable for delivering savings targets, supporting R&D initiatives and coordinating global product new/ re-launches.

Requirements:
This is a dynamic role and environment which requires interactions across many functions, countries and work levels. You must possess a degree (preferably in supply chain/ technical/ finance) and have at least 7 years of experience in managing supplier relationships and supply chain projects. You are a strong communicator, independent and experienced in interacting with stakeholders (internal and external) across different levels and cultures. You should be a target-driven professional and be able to travel 30% of the time.
