Our client who is an established player in the financial services industry is currently seeking a dynamic senior Compensation & Benefits professional to join the HR team.

You will be leading 2 direct reports and reporting to the CHRO. In this role, you are responsible for devising and managing the implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs in order to achieve the overall objectives in attracting, motivating and retaining employees. Your role will create reward strategies, conduct and compile research and analysis of all areas of compensation and benefits. You will take the lead to oversee comprehensive reviews and comparisons of base salary, short and long term incentives and administer the corporate merit budget system and the performance management program.

Requirements:          

You will be a graduate in HRM with more than 10 years strong C&B knowledge and experience. You hone exceptional skills in establishing operational guidelines, systems and processes for assessing program performance and the ability to design benefit plans. Ideally you should have experience of working in the financial industry.
