Position: Regional Manager Air Freight Southeast Asia

Role Description:
*Build a sustainable regional air freight organisation
*Plan for the accreditation and maintenance of a safe and high-quality environment as well as security systems that meet ISO standards
*Implement programmes for 100% regulatory and statutory compliance in all countries for air freight operations
*Implement effective training and development programmes to achieve budget forecasts
*Build retention programmes for existing customers and improve cash flow by maximising air freight gross margins
*Develop growth strategies for the air freight team to achieve its 2010 targets

In line with its steady growth, it is seeking a Regional Manager to be responsible for leadership and management of all air freight and rate procurement activities in Southeast Asia.
Requirements:
*Minimum eight years' management experience in P&L
*Proven performance in senior positions
*Possess a good understanding of IT systems
*Proficient in written and spoken English
*Ability to speak Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese or Mandarin is an added advantage
