Company Description: Our client is an established leader in its market and trusted name in the consumer electronics industry. They are currently seeking a dynamic L&D/OD Manager to join the team to oversee and manage staff planning and development.

In this challenging role, you will be required to be a trusted advisor and internal consultant. You will effectively drive the Asia Learning Centre strategy and align plans with Global Learning Centre. You will work with all stakeholders within the Company and overseas divisions and successful delivery of learning programs that aligns organization performance to support its strategic business needs. The role encompasses both Organizational Effectiveness and Learning & Development domains.
Requirements:
You will be an experienced HR specialist with at least 7+ years of experience; hands-on as well as knowledge principles and methods. You are a transformational team leader who is excellent in presentation, coaching and has strong communications skills. This role is based in Singapore with some travel regionally (30%) as you provide leadership to your team and roll out HR initiatives.
