Role Description:
- Development and Implementation of Recruiting Strategies.
- Management of Recruitment procedures.
- Provide comprehensive HR solutions including career pathing, workforce planning and staffing, organizational design and workflow, etc.
- Oversee entire onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Review and revise HR policies.
- Serve as point person for operational issues such as; employee and manager issues resolution, ensuring programs and initiatives are efficiently and effectively implemented, coaching managers and employees to increase their effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Management, or a related field is required.
- 5 years' of broad HR experience in a MNC preferably in manufacturing.
- Must be able to implement strategic and tactical initiatives and be knowledgeable in Business/Process consulting, Organizational design and effectiveness, Compensation and benefits,Talent selection and Retention.
