Company Description:          

Our client is a leading US biotechnology MNC that discovers, develops, manufactures and markets pharmaceuticals.

Role Description:      

  • Development and Implementation of Recruiting Strategies.
  • Management of Recruitment procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive HR solutions including career pathing, workforce planning and staffing, organizational design and workflow, etc.
  • Oversee entire onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Review and revise HR policies.
  • Serve as point person for operational issues such as; employee and manager issues resolution, ensuring programs and initiatives are efficiently and effectively implemented, coaching managers and employees to increase their effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Management, or a related field is required.
  • 5 years' of broad HR experience in a MNC preferably in manufacturing.
  • Must be able to implement strategic and tactical initiatives and be knowledgeable in Business/Process consulting, Organizational design and effectiveness, Compensation and benefits,Talent selection and Retention.
