Role Description: You will be part of a team that helps to promote best human resource management and development within WDA. This includes providing HR services to designated divisions in areas of manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development as well as performance management. You will coordinate HR activities and undertake specific HRM projects to further enhance existing HR systems.

Requirements:

·Good recognised degree; preferably majoring in Human Resources.
·At least 2-3 years of broad experience in human resources, preferably with some experience in HRIS and staffing. Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
·Prior experience in Human Resource Department within a statutory board environment will be an advantage.
·Good communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for HR work.
Applicants should be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents. Appointment and salary will commensurate with experience.
