There’s never a dull moment in HR. Although what we do is quite similar in that we providing HR advice and consult with business leaders, there are always activities within HR that keeps us on the toes.

If I weren’t in HR what do you think you would be doing?

If I weren’t in HR, I would like to try sales. I say that because I feel a sense of satisfaction every time I meet the right candidate and I find the right fit for the organisation. And I link this to be similar in closing a sales deal.

What will the role of HR will be like in five years’ time?

HR practitioners would need to understand what the business trends are and really work with leaders to provide them with the right resources and support.
