Role Description: You play a critical role in contributing to the success of the organization by driving HR interventions from a strategic and operational standpoint. Adopting a proactive and consultative approach, you partner closely with the management team to ensure organizational needs are met. Being a strategic leader, you retain the willingness to roll up your sleeves and constantly acting as a mentor and coach.

Requirements: Degree qualified, you come with at least ten years of human resource management experience. Prior experience working in a multicultural and fast paced environment is a must. Additionally, you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence at the senior management level.
