Role Description: Reporting to the C&B Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following areas of work:

  • Salary and benefits surveys, benchmarking; grade reviews and enhancements
  • Annual salary reviews and administration including annual promotion exercise and performance appraisal and ranking exercise
  • Job evaluation exercises
  • System implementation for performance management system and enhancements
  • Secretariat for HR management meetings

Requirements:

  • A basic degree with relevant experience in either job evaluation (Hays or Mercer); salary curve construction and job grade enhancements
  • Highly numerate with excellent PC skills in excel worksheets enjoys data collation, analysis and presentation works
  • A 'can-do' attitude, hands-on; with commitment to excellent mindset
  • Grade of appointment will be dependent on years of relevant experience
