Company Description: Our client is a statutory board of the Singapore Government located in the center of Singapore. The organization aims to cultivate a dynamic and competitive infocomm industry in Singapore.
Role Description:
- Develop and manage resource utilisation system with "time-sheet" based system to facilitate optimal manpower resource deployment among various consultancy projects.
- Ensures the efficient allocation of consultants to projects. Includes considering staffing mix, procurement of contracting services, forecasting market trends to ensure the availability of staff with appropriate skills for projects
- Conduct the review of manpower deployment in collaboration with Group Directors
- Develop and promote the establishment of uniform practices, processes and standards and ensure compliance to the governance framework
- Recommend and set up a manpower tracking system, including drawing up user requirements for the manpower tracking system
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Science, Information Technology or its equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the Infocomm industry
- Prior experience in similar role in a consultancy firm will be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of the applications related technologies will be an advantage
- Good people management skills
- Result and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
- Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Due to security clearance requirements, position is only open to Singapore citizens and PR
