Role Description: Reporting to Group HR manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR function including staffing, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management and industry relations. You will drive the change in the organization, Build and foster a culture of employee engagement to reinforce the organization's business strategies for continuous growth and improvement

Requirements: To be successful, you will have 3 years of HR manager experience, familiar with local employment laws and practice, a strong leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
