Role Description: Reporting to MD, you will manage a plant in Indonesia HR functions in employee/labor relations, compensation, performance management, staffing, and safety. You will be a business partner with plant management, implement corporate practices and facilitates communication between various levels of the operation. Implementing US corporate HR policies in both Singapore office and Indonesia plant.

Requirements: To be successful, you will have at least 5-7 years of HR manager experience with solid command of the regional (Indonesian & Singapore) HR and labor practices.
