Role Description: Reporting to HR Director stationed in US, you will work closely with line leaders understanding their specific areas of business thereby partnering them through inducing appropriate HR programs and measures to achieve optimal operational effectiveness.
Through your extensive experiences gained, you will champion full spectrum of HR responsibilities which includes but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Talent Retention, Compensation and Benefits program, Appraisal and Review exercise, HR research and strategizing activities and implementation of appropriate business processes and programs. In addition, you will lead and implement Change management as well as other critical HR projects taken into consideration. Also, you will be required to work alongside Head of Finance on budget and control planning of office / staff costs measures there by allocating appropriate budget to specific business units.
Requirements: To be considered, you will have at least 10 years of working experience within the field of HR of which at least 3 years at Managerial level. You possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR with strong coverage in dealing with all facets of HR matters with profound knowledge of employer /employee welfare. You will be an expert in dealing with Senior Management members with excellent communication and interpersonal skill set. Candidate with experience in handling large scale restructuring exercises will be a definite advantage.
