Role Description: You are responsible for providing full spectrum HR support to the South East Asia region. Your responsibilities include recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee engagement. Adopting a consultative and proactive approach, you partner closely with your business managers in achieving business excellence.

Requirements: The ideal candidate should have a university degree in human resource management or in similar discipline with minimum five years of related working experience in a multinational environment. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and has a keen to learn attitude. Additionally, you have the ability to work well with staff of all levels and engage effectively with the senior management team.
