Role Description: You will be required to develop strategic and tactical development objectives and plans to drive employee retention in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will lead the learning and development team across the region and will spearhead all training initiatives. You will be required to develop long tem development strategies to meet business goals. In addition, you will act as an advisor to the management regarding all issues relating to organizational development.

Requirements: You should have at least 10 years of experience in Human Resource Development with at least 5 years in management. A degree from a recognized university is preferred while experience in adult learning is necessary.
