Company Description: Our client is a MNC in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. They are currently looking for an experienced HR Executive for their Training & Development team.

Role Description:

  • Performs the role of a business partner, engages and supports stakeholders on training and development matters.
  • Conducts training needs analysis, anticipates issues and needs, provides counsel, and works with stakeholders in developing training solutions to build employees' competencies and meet business needs.
  • Develops and implements Master Training Plan, organizes training events (including New Employee Orientation), coordinates pre and post training activities, evaluates training effectiveness, conducts training spot audit, and maintains training records to meet corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Assists in vendor evaluation and selection, contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.

  • Develops, implements and maintains the document management system in accordance to applicable corporate and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Possess high level of follow-up skill and meticulous.
