Company Description: A leading chemicals company This British MNC is looking for a HR Director to be based in Singapore to lead the HR team. Headquartered in the financial district, it seeks a strong leader to streamline and fine tune the Best HR Practices in the region.

Role Description: As HR Director, you will offer HR solutions to support the delivery of business results. The role requires you to review existing HR polices and implement change when necessary across Asia Pacific. You will develop talent pipelines and development processes, work closely with business managers and build strong relationships with various stakeholders. As a HR leader, you will be required to collaborate with management to create a culture of growth and high performance.

Requirements: Degree qualified, with at least 12 years of experience as a HR professional, you must currently hold a leadership position with a proven track record in supporting business leaders.
