Role Description: In this role, you have to implement and deliver directional and operational HR advice and support Group HR policies and processes to the client business leadership team and line managers, including areas of remuneration, reward and recognition. You also have to develop and implement appropriate resourcing strategies including advice with recruitment and resourcing, on-boarding, facilitating transfers, employee relations, individual HR matters. You have to coordinate competency frameworks and support associated staff development processes and also support business through change journeys and help manage the organisational implications and employee impact. You also have to integrate Diversity and Inclusiveness within the organisation and key HR processes.

Requirements: You should be a Degree Holder, with at least three to five years of relevant HR experience. You should also possess the ability to prioritise tasks and complete projects in a timely manner. You should have the ability to conceptualise, understand and explain end-to end processes and how they support the achievement of the business objectives.

You should have strong analytical and problem solving skills with solid verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail and accuracy. A positive, can-do approach and professional demeanour; ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation, sometimes involving difficult or emotional subjects, is definitely a plus for this role. For this role, you have to be open to working on Pulau Bukom if the need arises.
