Company Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen within this large telecoms organisation, where there is a newly created role for a Talent Development Manager. The position will effectively identify high potentials within the business and develop their skills in order to retain the best talent.
Role Description: You will be required to assess the high potentials within the business and implement new ideas and strategies for their career development, alongside the business partners. The scope of the role will include behavioural assessments/feedback, training and development, and career coaching amongst other areas.
Requirements: This position would suit a dynamic individual with experience in talent management, customer relationship management and change/transition management. You will have had exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions and have worked in a similar role within a larger organisation. Central to your success will be your ability to lead, build relationships across all levels, and gain respect throughout the business with your influence and negotiation competencies.
