We are currently working with an industry leader in the construction sector (privately owned) whose HR department is in need of an upgrade in regards to their processes and procedures. They are looking to bring on a Senior HR Manager to look after all aspect of the HR function, and implement new HR systems and strategies.
Role Description: You will be working closely with the Director and Senior Managers to assess the current situation within HR, which encompasses 18 staff. Key areas of the role will include recruitment, compensation & benefits, review and implementation of HR strategies, change management, as well as other HR related projects.
Requirements:In order to be considered for this position you will have a minimum 12 years relevant work experience within the Construction/Property/Engineering industry, and have dealt with the full spectrum of HR including systems upgrades, change, and implementation skills.
