Position: Head of Training & Development - HREO/24846/TH

Role Description: Owing to a recent movement, the position of Head of Training & Development is now available. This role is responsible for developing the training and development strategies for the company. Reporting to the Human Resource Director, you will be responsible for the formatting and implementing of competence, training & development strategy for all levels of corporate staff. You will also assist in securing the buy-in and funding of the training plan that is aligned to the business strategy, industry competency framework, industry regulatory compliance and training and development directions.
Requirements: Ideally, you are a degree holder with at least 7 years of relevant experience of which at least 4 years are in training and as a managerial role. You possess some experience or exposure to Financial Advisers Act requirement and sales process, excellent knowledge of training & development, good negotiation and interpersonal skills and result oriented with the ability to inspire and lead team members.
