Position: Regional Director, Learning-Private Banking - HREO/24038A/TH
Company Description: International banking client
Role Description: Reporting to the Head of Learning and Organisational Development for Asia Pacific, you will be tasked with building close working relationships with key business contacts to devise long-term development strategies in support of business area development priorities. You will also engage subject matter specialists to develop strategic training and organisation development solutions that answer business needs and effectively and proactively channel ideas and feedback between key business contacts and learning colleagues.
Additionally, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners to support the delivery of HR projects and processes and specialist expertise, and provide thought leadership and implementation capability around broader development activities appropriate to business needs and in line with the learning strategy. You will propose appropriate training initiatives to foster management's business strategy and act as a trusted advisor in all matters relating to management and organisational development.
Requirements: For this role, our client will be seeking a high calibre learning and development professional with a minimum of 12 years of relevant HR and learning experience within the private banking sector.
