An opportunity has recently arisen for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join the dynamic HR team in Singapore.
Role Description: Reporting to the Country Head of HR, you will work closely with the country and regional human resource counterparts in the development, streamlining and implementation of compensation and benefits policies, processes and programs. You will be actively involved in annual performance and remuneration review, as well as participate in compensation and benefits projects as required.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should be degree-qualified with 3 to 5 years of in-house MNC compensation & benefits experience. You have a proven rack record in data analysis and reporting, and possess excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels. It is essential that you are highly numerate and analytical with advance MS Excel skills.
