Role Description: Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will work closely with line business leaders to ensure all people management and HR programs are delivered in the most effective way.

Using the best approach you will champion the full HR spectrum, this includes key areas such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, review and implementation of HR strategies. You will be accountable for change management, as well as other HR related projects required.

Further, you will be involved in keeping track of staff cost and expected to be hands on with budget planning for the assigned business unit.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the customer service line, preferably in a large firm. You will be an expert in relationship building, with an excellent interpersonal skills. Also, experience in handling grievances will be an added advantage.
