While it’s all well and good for multi-billion dollar companies to offer their employees unlimited vacation or fly 3,000 staff members halfway across the world for a company bonus trip, for most companies, offering benfits like that simply isn’t in the cards.
When you’re looking to reward your staff without breaking the bank, it’s important to spend your budget wisely. If you can’t offer them everything, you want to make sure you present staff with those benefits they will appreciate the most.
To help you in the decision making process, Fractl did some research to find out which benefits are the most coveted by employees, and which are the best value to employers.
While the results are based on US respondents and costs, as well as on averages and estimates, they do provide some food for thought as to what benefits might provide the best value.
