Our agency is growing rapidly from our current staff size of 20 in Hong Kong and 10 in Shanghai. Therefore, we are recruiting for a part-time HR Manager/Consultant who will help drive our recruitment strategy and efforts, training programs and ongoing HR administrative functions.


WORK SCHEDULErnPart time role at a flexible 25 working hours per week. There is potential to grow this into a full-time role.rnrnJOB SUMMARYrnOversee all human resources operations in both Hong Kong and Shanghai offices and ensure they are aligned with our business goals. Provide advice to management on human resources issues, provide counsel to staff, assist in the management of performance issues, develop human resources policies and procedures, manage the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, manage the termination of exiting staff.rnrnKEY RESPONSIBILITIESrn• Oversee, evaluate and develop all human resources initiatives, policies, procedures and structures.rn• Drive recruitment strategy and process.rn• Forecast human resources budget and identify hiring and staffing needs.rn• Onboarding and departing arrangements.rn• Oversee and implement training and development plans.rn• Work closely with management and staff to improve work relationships, build morale and increasernproductivity and retention.rn• Drive performance review procedures with management.rn• Review compensation and benefits packages with industry and market standard.rn• Perform routine HR admin support including but not limited to maintaining and updating HR related andrnpayroll records etc.rnrn


ROLE SPECIFIC SKILLS/ATTRIBUTESrn• A minimum of 3 years’ proven work experience in HR position.rn• Excellent people management skills.rn• Analytical and goal oriented.rn• Thorough knowledge of relevant labor legislation and acceptable employment practices.rn• Full understanding of all human resources functions and best practices.rn• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field.rnrn
