ABOUT THE JOB

(A) Resourcing and Analysis of Performance

• Analyse and forecast manpower requirement based on business plan
• Develop and implement tracking system and programs to identify talent and develop workforce
• Pre-empt and address manpower needs and improve timeliness of recruitment
• Identify and implement operational mechanism aimed at improving HR’s effectiveness and efficiency
• Capture, report and analyse data, trends and metrics to provide insights for decision-making support to individual clusters e.g. strategic information for the assessment of staffing level and control of budget
• Administer HR surveys and maintain e-claim and e-leave systems
• Manage assigned projects

(B) Human Resource Planning and Talent Management

• Support recruitment and employment contract renewals
• Plan, procure and administer training and development programmes
• Revise HR procedures and policy for implementation
• Manage Employment Engagement Scheme, HR and Talent Dashboard
• Other HR duties as assigned

(C) SAL’s Digital Workplace and Culture Transformation

• Part of the organisational team to champion and manage change in organisational culture
• Facilitate workplace collaboration and digital transformation
• Part of the organisational team to introduce and optimise the use of new technologies implemented to drive work productivity

ABOUT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE :

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and related regulations will be an added advantage
• Possess process re-engineering and project management skills
• Strong communication (oral and written) and problem-solving skills
• Able to work well in a team and with all levels of staff
• Self-motivated, meticulous and result-driven
• Contract convertible to permanent / permanent
