-Identify training and development needs, design and develop various training programs for achieving highest level of business targets
-Liaise with other departments, partner and external parties on training arrangement, development, logistic and coordination;
-Manage the implementation and maintenance of ISO quality system;rnFormulate and execute training strategies and plans that are aligned with business strategies and organizational objectives;
-Establish training management system and related regulation and conducts research on training expenses to prepare and control overall training and development budgets;
-Evaluate the training performance, and provide recommendation and action plan for enhancement/improvement;
-Participate in the development of long-term plans, training structure, organization, policies, programs, services and practices in order to accomplish the training mission
-Supervise subordinates on daily operation and provide coaching for complaint resolution;
-Conduct analysis on information/data/resources relating to sectionís training activities, and report findings in regular reports;
-Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management.


-Degree holderin Business Management or related disciplines;
-Minimum 8 years solid training and development experiences, preferably in sizeable company;
-Good training sense in terms of course development, design and evaluation;
-Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
-Excellent presentation and facilitation skills;
-Self-motivated, analytical and well-organized;
-Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing;
-Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
-Ability to work in fast paced environment and demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively;
-Immediate availability preferred;
-Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Learning and Development Manager.
