Finance Accreditation Agency (FAA) is an international and independent quality assurance and accreditation body supported by the Central Bank of Malaysia and the Securities Commission Malaysia. FAA is responsible for quality assurance and the promotion of learning initiatives within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) through learning programme, institutional and individual accreditation, as well as the promotion of future learning practices in the FSI through the development of the FAA Quality Framework (FQF), FAA Learning Criteria (FLC), Finance Qualifications Structure (FQS), FAA Learning Standards (FLS) and FAA Recognition of Learning (FRL). Through these initiatives, FAA aims to contribute towards promoting the highest standards in the development of talent for the FSI.


1. Work closely with the Chief Development Officer and Head, Corporate Development to design and develop learning programmes and specific instructional materials for programmes that support the organisationís mandate
2. Designs and develop solutions for clients in relation with talent development and its related modalities
3. Designs, develops and evaluates learning outcomes of training programmes
4. Works with and guides team members and contributes to the development and/or review of new products, products enhancements and product redesign for the clients and/or organization
5. Works with subject matter expert in crafting and designing learning content and training manuals and other educational materials.
6. Designs and develops product specific learning policies and guidelines.
7. Enhances learning contents and initiatives to ensure that objective are met.
8. Conducts research in related areas
9. Manages and coordinates, or support projects as assigned to achieve intended objectives.
10. Keeps abreast with latest technologies, trends, practices in learning and Talent Development.
11. Any other task or responsibilities as assigned by the chief Executive Officer and immediate supervisor.


1. Bachelorís Degree in Instructional Design/education or any related field.
2. At least 8-10 yearsí experience in Instructional design and development (multiple delivery methodologies: onsite classroom delivery, virtual web conferencing and online courses is preferred.)
3. Broad knowledge in training/facilitation
4. Advance knowledge of Adult Learning principles and online teaching/learning methods
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office application for presentation and reporting
6. Optional: Experience and working knowledge of at least one rapid development tool (e.g. Articulate, Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
