Finance Accreditation Agency (FAA) is an international and independent quality assurance and accreditation body supported by the Central Bank of Malaysia and the Securities Commission Malaysia. FAA is responsible for quality assurance and the promotion of learning initiatives within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) through learning programme, institutional and individual accreditation, as well as the promotion of future learning practices in the FSI through the development of the FAA Quality Framework (FQF), FAA Learning Criteria (FLC), Finance Qualifications Structure (FQS), FAA Learning Standards (FLS) and FAA Recognition of Learning (FRL). Through these initiatives, FAA aims to contribute towards promoting the highest standards in the development of talent for the FSI.


1. Provide a full range of HR consulting services and problem solving including employee relations, compensation and rewards, organisational design and development, talent acquisition and performance management. Help to drive organisational performance by driving core business objectives.
2. Manage staff relationships, promptly responds to queries and manage expectations
3. Ensure Human Resources matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and agency requirements.
4. Support the line managers with grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and hearing.
5. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
6. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
7. Identify training needs for business units and individual needs.
8. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programmes. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
9. Ensure effective execution of the organization’s recruitment strategy, including establishment and maintenance of relationship with external recruiters, understanding hiring managers’ needs, creating job description, interviewing, and have ownership on new employee’s induction programme.
10. Conduct annual manpower planning – identifying the organisation’s requirements for both current and future needs, establishing a demand gap and providing strategies to overcome the gap.
11. Develop/review business processes for efficiencies, ensuring adheres to Agency policies labor laws and legislation.
12. Ensure that in all aspects of employment experience – staff are engaged and have positive working environment.
13. Builds a high –performance team by delivering programmes and facilitating performance goal setting and talent reviews task and connecting it with rewards system.
14. To establish and develop a dialogue and relationship with senior management/heads to understand the key performance issues and associated people requirements.


1. Degree/Post Graduate in human resources or other related field
2. Minimum 10 years relevant HR experience and resolution of complex employee relation issues, preferably in multi-cultural / international working environment.
3. Excellent consulting skills
4. Excellent client management and business literacy skills
5. Strong conflict management skills
6. Strong interpersonal ad negotiation skills
7. Excellent written and spoken level of English, essential
8. Develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
9. Effectively envision, develop and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues.
10. Commitment to working in cross-functional teams.
11. Ability to understand issues domestically and internationally and communicate effectively with clients.
12. Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

15. Take initiate to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.
16. Highly IT literate with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint essential
