ABOUT THE JOB

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Provide advice & support on all HR related matters, including but not limited to recruitment and termination, performance management, HR policies review and implementation, employee relations and any other HR initiatives/projects.
- Understand the business needs and introduce best practices to build Human Resource capabilities and streamline processes to ensure business and operational sustainability.
- Drive a high performance culture ensuring that the leadership are appraised of their roles and support the managers where necessary in the performance management of their team.
- Work with the HR shared services team on executing policies and procedures for the different entities in the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and/or Business.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience with demonstrated proficiency in partnering leadership to deliver HR solutions.
- Knowledge of the HR field including employment laws and regulations.
- Strong influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills to communicate business and HR best practices.
- Hands-on team player with strong analytical, project management and presentation skills.
- Self-starter, independent, pro-active and results-oriented.

ABOUT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE :

The successful candidate should have 5-8 years of relevant experience.
He/ She should also be a good communicator and be proficient in partnering leadership to deliver HR solutions.
