The HR Business Partner role is a key client facing role in which the individual will be expected to build and maintain effective relationships with their businesses and all other stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors.
The HR Business Partner will be expected to provide timely and accurate advice and counsel to their clients in a number of HR functions including recruitment, induction, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies, processes, procedures and initiatives within the organisation.
They will act as ambassadors for the HR department and supporting organizational development and change programmes. In addition, the HR Business Partner will assist with implementing and ensuring the most effective utilization of Human Resources for the purposes of achieving business objectives.r


Responsible for recruitment process. Partner with the business to determine sourcing and provide appropriate candidate pool for interview process. Build relationships with local hiring vendors. Manage approval process and execute new hire process to ensure smooth transition for new employee.
2. Compensation and Benefits
Work closely with managers to manage compensation programs including merit and bonus programs, monitor internal and external equity and recommend appropriate adjustments as necessary.
3. Human Resources Information System (HRIS – Success Factors) – TARGET
From start-up to current status. Ensure integrity of HR tracking database, performance management tools, training tracking and other required systems and databases. General reporting on branch statistics.
4. HR Processes and Initiative
Review HR policies, processes and procedures and continuously make improvements to them. Ensure their relevance supports company, HR’s and the local regulatory requirements. Participate in HR initiatives that align to the business strategy and support the achievement of the organization’s business objective.
5. Employee Relations
Jointly resolve people issues with managers, upholding integrity, confidentiality, impartiality and professionalism at all times. Analyze trends and make recommendations that will enhance company culture.
6. Performance Management
Manage all performance issues to positive resolution balancing business needs, positive employee relations and legal requirements. HR Business Partner should provide performance planning recommendations, including termination to the Managing Director
