We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Talent Acquisition Lead for our Graduate Recruitment team. In this role, the successful candidate will develop and execute campus engagement strategies to include campus recruitment, scholarship and internship programs. You will oversee the recruitment process and manage the end to end recruitment cycle for our graduate associates, interns and scholars.

Key responsibilities
Campus recruitment and internship
-Lead large-scale campus recruitment events including internship
-Develop strategies to drive our recruitment and branding strategy for graduate recruitment and internship
-Lead branding efforts to ensure the positioning of the firm as an employer of choice. This includes hosting recruitment events and talks in the office and on-campus
-Manage and build strong client relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners in alignment with business and hiring strategy, including hiring forecast and talent management
-Build strong relationships with campus career services office to drive collaborations in line with hiring strategies -Ensure an unique experience for interns through engaging and impactful activities during the course of internship
-Utilise metrics to assess effectiveness of sourcing strategies and report on recruiting activities
-Collaborate with related government agencies to identify qualified candidates
-Lead and execute the scholarship assessment centres
-Organise regular gatherings and maintain cohesive relationships with our scholars
-Partner with the respective HR teams in the ASEAN region to drive new scholarship initiatives for overseas opportunities


The ideal candidate should:
- Possess a Degree with at least 6 years of relevant working experiences in HR operations with a focus on campus recruitment
-Possess excellent interpersonal skills and experience in building relationships with candidates, internal customers and business partners
-Be an influencer with excellent presentation and communication skills
-Strong partner and team player; focused on organisational and team success
-Be savvy with social media platforms
