The Role VP Human ResourcesrnrnBe part of something that requires agility to support a growth business and to drive progress and structure. This role allows you to leverage your HR leadership experience as well as your transformation and change management expertise.rnrnWe are looking for HRVP to lead and build a global organization. In this job, you will provide HR leadership and accountability for design and execution of the worldwide growth plan and people agenda with management team. A background in OD is preferable.rnrnPrimary responsibilities:rnrnDrive global setup and growth strategy and build and implement the overall people plan that helps the company to remain agile and responsive to innovation and changernScope and implement an innovative yet streamlined people infrastructure, operating and support model for global centersrnWork with product areas to build and maintain an effective organizational development strategy that will improve the health and performance of client organizations and over time - including influencing leaders to take action on key company wide priorities where there is resistance to do so.rnWork across boundaries to oversee implementation of full range of organizational development projects aligned to the organizational development plan. Work with practice heads and others to ensure delivery of these interventions on time and to the level of quality expected of Tink Lab leaders.rnFocus on relationship management, strategy, and prioritization. Effectively contract with stakeholdes and partners and agree the roles and responsibilities of each individual/group involved in designing and landing the entire organizational strategyrn


10 years of work experience, including 8 years in a related field (OD, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, HR)rnProven track record of building credible relationships with most senior levels of the organization (Director+) and influencing leadership engagement in organizational development as a critical component to accomplishing business outcomes.rnSuccess in people management, including attraction, assessment/hiring, development, and performance management
