You will drive training for internal stakeholders. As part of your job, you will educate and spur the growth and development of Shopee employees across our 9 offices. You will:

Work closely with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and develop yearly training plans for the organization,
Provide opportunities for ongoing development and conduct training interventions, coaching and learning initiatives for employee growth,
Coordinate and plan training programs with L&D teams in local offices,
Develop and implement a wide variety of learning strategies and solutions;
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them;
Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary;
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices;
Challenge yourself in a diverse and dynamic work environment with frequent cross- department initiatives;
Take ownership of initiatives, communicate requirements and timelines to stakeholders, and ensure high quality training;
Administrate and coordinate existing development programs
Help employees make the most of learning opportunities;
Manage external training vendors;
Develop curriculum and training frameworks for a wide variety of training programs;
Where needed, deliver in-house training programs.


What you should have:
Good university degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
At least 3 years of experience in adult education, L&D, training and coaching
Positive and energetic outlook, able to motivate others
Independent, meticulous and with a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Independent and able to multitask and work within timelines
Experience guiding and managing a team
Passion for training and education
