- Handle recruitment for clients (search & selection, shortlisting, interviewing, test administration, report writing, employee on-boarding, etc).
- Advisory role to clients on all HR related matters including HR helpdesk, Employment Act & Labour Law, Employee Grievances, Employee Engagement, Termination, Retrenchment, Performance Issues, etc.
- Develop & setup all aspects of HR policies, handbook, KPIs, Job Descriptions, Performance Management, Employee Assessment, etc for clients.
- Business development activities involved, such as writing newsletters, developing & sending out e-newsletters, handling HR live chat portal, preparing proposals, etc.
- Play a strategic role in expanding new clientele through market penetration and marketing activities including bringing in new business
- Administrative tasks such as managing candidates’ database, issuing invoices, credit control for payment & other related paperwork.
- Assist other team members in company branding, providing innovative ideas & suggestions to create company awareness, etc


- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Those with experience in Corporate Communication would be an added advantage.
- Must have good spoken & written English. Other languages required are Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Required Skill(s): Malaysian Employment Act, Labour Law Legislation, Recruitment, Performance Management, Developing Employee Handbook, Developing KPIs, Developing Job Descriptions, Retrenchment, Handling Employee Grievances, HR Policies & Procedures, Corporate Communication, Business Development & Marketing.

- Organised & meticulous, pro-active and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Inquisitive and innovative individual who is willing to learn would be ideal.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialising in Human Resources or equivalent.
