Currently, we are looking for a talented individual to join us as Human Resources Manager. You will be a key member of the Senior Management team and will play an advisory role on all human capital matters in the organisation.

ABOUT THE JOB

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three executives and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including setting up/review of HR policies, manpower planning and budgeting, HR systems management, recruitment, onboarding, retention, employee relations and engagement, manage employee development plans and HR events, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, succession planning and payroll processing.
• Review, implement and manage salary scales and chart out career pathways for staff including preparation of occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scale and develop/provide guidelines for salary proposals and validation.
• Review and renew employee insurance and medical plans.
• Strategizing, designing and implementing programmes that aim to develop, retain and manage the organisation’s talent pool. This would include planning and reviewing L&D programmes for all staff. Ensure proper maintenance of training records and respond to learning evaluation outcomes to improve the quality of training.
• Develop a system to Identify, groom and engage candidates who are considered to be high potentials and build talent pipelines.
• Manage the preparation and submission of HR proposals/reports and presentations to Committees and the Board and support HR audit activities.
• Spearhead HR projects and organisational improvements for the organisation.
• As company representative to build a good relationship with the union to resolve issues and negotiate union agreements.
• Develop and implement policies and practices to meet PDPA compliance and act as Data Protection Officer. Maintain all PDPA records and legal documents.

ABOUT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE :

Requirements
• Degree qualified individual with 8 to 12 years’ experience of HR experience with at least 5 years in compensation and benefits.
• Fluent with Singapore’s Employment laws and practices.
• Meticulous, careful and organised, with strong analytical skills and able to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• Excellent writing skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to strive for continuous improvement.
• Excellent management skills, demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, delegate and lead effective teams
• Highly motivated, result-oriented team player, self-starter with a positive “can do” spirit and “hit the ground running” attitude. Resilient and tenacious with a good track record in change management and leadership development. Thrives under pressure and has innovative mindset and open to new ideas and challenges. Always looking out for best practices in HR.
