ABOUT THE JOB

(A) Human Resource Information System (“HRIS”) Analyst
• Introduce good HR practices
• Simplify, automate, administer, report and continually improve SAL and its subsidiaries’ HR processes
• Manage HRIS project
• Capture, report and analyse data, trends and metrics to provide insights and decision support to the individual clusters so as to develop timely HR solutions, programs and policies

(B) HRA Officer to SAL’s Digital Workplace and Culture Transformation
• Part of the organisational team to champion and enable a new organisational culture to work collaboratively, flexibly and productively in a digital modern workplace
• Part of the organisational team to introduce and optimise the use of new office equipment technologies to drive work productivity

(C) Human Resource Development
• Plan, procure and administer training and development programmes
• Other HR duties as assigned

ABOUT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE :

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Organisational Development, Business IT or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and related regulations
• Strong communication (oral and written) and problem solving skills
• Good IT Project Management skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Flow will be an added advantage
• Able to work well in a team and with all levels of staff
• Self-motivated, meticulous and result-driven
• Contract convertible to permanent / permanent
