As the MMY Senior HR Business Partner (Generalist), you will be an integral member of both your internal customer team and the HR team, acting as the primary link between the two parties. Implements and collaborates with the Site business managers to ensure HR deliverables are met and enabling HR solutions to meet business needs. Typically supports senior leaders or mid-level leaders. Leads or contributes to organizational, regional and global projects and programs. Influences and executes people-based business strategies in partnership with the Site business managers.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
1) Drive and lead the organizational people strategy and initiatives at a site level in partnership with local senior leaders while maintaining strategic alignment between the business and HR
2) Partner with HR Services and CoE to provide HR solutions to meet business needs
3) Partner with HRBP(s) on the implementation of HR strategies, programs and solutions
4) Champion change initiatives, organizational values and culture; Enhances organizational leadership and effectiveness


•Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, MIM / MIHRM or its equivalent.
•Previous HR Business Partner experience (preferred).
•Minimum 10-15 years serving in a Human Resources role.
•Self-motivated with ability to adapt positively to dynamic changes.
•Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills to work with teams and individuals at all levels within the organization.
