Reporting to the Senior VP, Human Resources and Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the HR strategy to our Asia Pacific Region and integration of global projects. You will effectively be the consultant and advisor to management on business issues and a guide to managers and employees. Your focus will be on organizational design and employee relations to enable our managers to be better people managers through training and development programs. As the APAC lead, you will also be responsible for the success of your local HR team as a people manager and mentor. As we are growing fast, you will also be involved with developing new projects and processes from scratch.rnrnYOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIESrn• Create and build relationships quickly whereby people will look to you for direction and support.rn• Partner with your clients on all key people processes including performance management, appraisals, compensation, benefits, development programs, etc.rn• Consult with the business to provide guidance and coaching where applicable.rn• Lead the APAC HR team and continually motivate individuals to push for excellence.rn• Collaborate with senior management and global HR team to build leadership talent, people planning, and succession planning strategies.rn• Be our company ambassador for employer branding and hiring initiatives.rn• Responsible for employee engagement programs and initiates to foster collaboration and teamwork as well as striving to become the employer of choice.rn• Work closely with HR Executive to manage regional employee relations and legal requirements as well as HR administration.rn• Work closely with internal Talent Acquisition team on hiring the best talent for Emarsys.rn


• University degree in business administration with specialization in HRMrn• A minimum of 8 years of experience in an HR Managers position for an international corporation. rn• In depth knowledge of state-of the-art HR Tools and regional labour lawsrn• Demonstrated ability in providing HR consultation to management on talent and people issues.rn• Excellent people and influencing skills to manage stake holders at all levels.rn• Flexible and proactive to work in a fast pace and changing environment.rn• A positive personality with great communication and organisational skillsrn• Excellent English and Cantonese-language skills (Mandarin would be an advantage)rn• 20% travel required to regional and global offices rnrn
