ABOUT THE JOB

The Role
We are currently building our team of experienced SAP HR / SuccessFactors Consultants. This role will provide applicants with an opportunity to further develop their SAP HR / SuccessFactors knowledge and experience whilst working for an organization dedicated to HR Solutions excellence. The successful candidate will have a minimum 3- 5 years SAP HR configuration experience with excellent interpersonal skills.

ABOUT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE :

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Providing specialist professional consulting services and solutions to customer/business in designing, implementing and supporting SAP HR and SuccessFactors systems and related services.

- Designing, implementing, and developing high quality SAP HR and SuccessFactors business solutions
- Evaluating customers' business needs, contributing to the overall strategic planning of SAP HR/ SuccessFactors systems
- Being accountable for defined SAP HR/SuccessFactors assignments
- Providing application enhancement services and project support to customer/business as required
- Participating in system application development, configuration and testing
- Apply configurations to the SAP HR/SuccessFactors modules
- Ability to analyze SAP HR/SuccessFactors modules business requirements
- Propose innovative and integrated solutions
- Providing ongoing technical support and advice to our customers
- Working with major customers during preliminary installation and testing of developed SAP HR /SuccessFactors and related solutions/products
- A must for candidate to be fluent in English and any one of these other Asian language(s) - Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese or Thai (written and verbal).
