ABOUT THE JOB
Provide direction, guidance, and expertise with regards to the Banks Performance, Rewards and Benefit programs ensuring consistency with group standards and alignment with PRB philosophy, principles, and policies.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in order to ensure their engagement and sponsorship of the Banks reward philosophy.
Performance, Rewards and Benefit programs
Develop/customize programs that reflect local requirements, external best practices and tailored to the organization needs (in consultation with representatives from key stakeholders) and aligned with Group Reward philosophy.
Monitor the performance and effectiveness of Reward policies, programs and processes in achieving business needs.rnUndertake Pensions and Benefits design reviews to ensure they are reflective of the market practice and group guidance
Ensure that all reward related policies, procedures and practices in countries comply with local regulatory requirements, reflect best practice and are within Group directions.
Overall accountability and management of country processes around job matching and market data with the support of Country Service Delivery and HR Business partners where appropriate
Other Key Responsibilitiesrn
Support rollout of Global policies/guidelines e.g. Flexible working and Sabbatical
Provide required Reward support in the running of Retail incentive committees
Support business productivity and agility by executing against key strategies e.g. M & A, New business set upsrn
Provide guidance to TA for complex and or senior hires including guidance on share buyoutsrn

ABOUT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE :
A professional or relevant post graduate management qualification is essential.
Although not mandatory, GRP/CCP/CIPD will be an advantage
At least 8 years experience in Human Resources/Reward in an Advisory capacity.
Strong interpersonal skills, influencing.
High level of analytical ability.
Commercially, culturally and diversity aware, high sensitivity to the social, economic and political environment.
Knowledge of banking business/financial services industry is a distinct advantage.
Highly customer focused, as it demands in a service industry.
