Yeoh Sai Yew is the Group Head, Rewards and People Services at Air Asia. He started working there in 2010 as the head of rewards and people services. He is now responsible for managing the entire group of Air Asia. He has 15 years of experience in HR, mainly in Compensation and Benefits. Prior to that, he had working experience in Local and Multinational companies involved in retail, telecommunications, IT outsourcing, Banking, Leisure’s & Hospitalisation and Aviation industries.
Yeoh is responsible for revamping DiGi’s Terms and Conditions Benefits from a multi-level benefit structure to a single-level structure. This resulted in a reduction in the hierarchy level and an enhanced communication efficiency.
