Asia’s first one-stop flex wellness marketplace, CXA confirms its participation in Employee Benefits Asia, the region’s biggest annual conference dedicated to compensation and benefits strategy. Organised by Human Resources, Employee Benefits Asia 2017 is happening in Hong Kong on 11 May, in Malaysia on 16-17 May, and in Singapore on 18-19 May.
CXA is led by Rosaline Koo, the company’s founder and CEO, who will be presenting a keynote presentation on “driving premium reductions with data – getting the most out of your health and wellness spend”. Koo will provide some answers on how companies can utilise data in their benefits strategy and maximise their budget.

Koo is the founder and CEO of CXA Group, an employee benefits and healthcare big data start-up. Before starting CXA, she led Mercer Marsh Benefits in 14 countries across Asia Pacific, growing the business by 800% over eight years. She also worked for ACE Insurance, Bankers Trust and Procter & Gamble. Koo has an MBA from Columbia University and attended UCLA. Most recently, she was awarded the Mediacorp Women Entrepreneur Award for her outstanding business achievements and contributions to the community.
