Despite the fact that almost 80% of today’s HR professionals acknowledge the importance of big data in driving organisational growth, a recent survey revealed 98% of these practitioners in Asia Pacific do not have a big data strategy in place.
Furthermore, 92% of these HR personnel expressed frustration with the reporting process, indicating a large majority of them spend more than two days creating reports every month.
With C-suite leaders demanding more detailed data on their workforce, HR’s ability to gather, interpret and use data in a timely and cost effective manner to support decision making and grow efficiencies has become a key focus.
Asia’s leading HR technology conference, HR Tech Interactive 2014, is back this year and will feature big data and analytics as one of five key roundtable discussion topics.
Through this interactive discussion, HR practitioners will be able to discuss their challenges, find out more about current practices, and tap onto the expertise of industry leaders who will be facilitating the conversation.
This interactive conference will be held on 21st November at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Singapore.
