Daniel McDermott to spearhead PageUp’s global marketing

Talent management software provider PageUp has appointed Daniel McDermott as the global chief marketing officer, for operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, Melbourne, New York and London.

McDermott will lead the global team in driving cultural transformation and developing marketing strategies aimed at business growth.

Karen Cariss, CEO of PageUp, said the appointment comes at a time when PageUp is evolving its product suite in response to changing business needs, whilst embarking on the next phase of growth company-wide.

“As we continue to maintain our focus on delivering one comprehensive software platform that spans the entire talent lifecycle, we look forward to Daniel’s tremendous passion for innovation and contribution to results-driven marketing,” Cariss said.

McDermott affirmed his belief in applying new and innovative marketing methods to foundational marketing principles, in engaging customers.

He added, “I am excited to join PageUp and help position the brand for the next phase of its global growth as the company continues to develop and introduce new talent management solutions for the market.”

He joins the company with nearly 20 years of international marketing experience, having been VP of marketing CA Technologies, as well as sales and marketing roles within Ericsson, Damovo and RequestDSL.
